1. The right to cancel an order for goods
Only a Buyer who has made a Contract on a Distance (Internet Store, Phone Purchase, Catalog Sales) may terminate the Contract without stating the reason for this within 14 days of receipt of the Goods, assuming that he/she received the confirmation of the prior notice.
In case he or she exercises his / her right, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods and must return it within 30 days. The Buyer also lays the cost of any impairment of the Goods Value (unpacked goods, lost documentation and parts, damage of goods, use of goods and the like) except what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality.
If the product has no visible damage, inspect the product, its nature, features and functionality, and if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it, but do not use the product and handle it. Product handling reduces the value of the product ie. irreversibly changing its condition and the Seller is not required to make a refund of the funds paid.
The Seller notifies the buyer of the specific characteristics of the products for which due to their characteristics it is not possible to check their functionality without handling the product eg assembly / putting into function / assembly. For this reason, the Seller will not be able to make a refund of the purchase price (in whole or in part) for the products when the refund is stated for the reason: Functionality verification because the functionality check itself reduces the value of the product as the product status changes irreversibly.
If the product is returned defective, with major damages or parts and documentation and if it is not delivered within a further period of 8 days, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled its obligation to return the goods and the Seller is not obliged to make a refund of the funds paid.

Special Orders
Exceptionally, special orders are excluded from the Consumer Right to a one-sided termination of the contract. Special orders include products that are rare, specific, made to order. Each such product on the website contains a note EXCLUSIVE BY ORDER, and the Buyer is required to confirm the order in writing by e-mail.
2. Submission of written objections
You can submit all objections in accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/2014) as follows:

Pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 5 of the Law, we have to confirm the receipt of the written complaint and then respond to it. For this purpose, please provide accurate data for receiving it.
We are complaint to respond in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint. Otherwise you can contact the State Inspectorate or the Consumer Protection Association.
If you accept the Terms of Use, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
Pirus d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The operating conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the case of a possible dispute, the trader and the consumer will settle the dispute peacefully, and if not possible, the court in Zagreb will be competent.
3. General Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Business and Use are primarily applicable to the terms and conditions of the website www.croatianshop24.com.
The terms of operation and use are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14) and the Mandatory Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). The terms of business are subject to the provisions of Art. 36 to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 79/2007 and 89/2009, further education: ZZP), Chapter VII. – A contract concluded remotely.
By ordering and purchasing through CroatianShop24 online store The Buyer agrees to the Terms of Ordering and Selling.
All customer’s rights to claims and returns are described in these terms.
3.1. The customer
The Customer is any legal business / person whose head office / residence is located in the Republic of Croatia or abroad and who orders and makes payments through the internet store www.croatianshop24.com. Contracts on behalf of and for the account of a minor or completely disabled person may only be made by their legal representatives, or partially viable persons may contract only with the consent of their legal representative. A legal business should have a registered activity at the competent commercial court or the Chamber of Crafts. Each buyer must leave accurate basic personal information necessary for the execution of the purchase and service, and be responsible for the correctness of the order.
3.2. Consumer
For the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, each consumer is a person who concludes legal business or acts on the market for purposes not intended for his business or the pursuit of a freelance profession.

3.4. Prices
All prices are quoted in Euro currency (EUR), with VAT. Prices, terms of payment and promotional offers are valid only at the time of order and can be changed without prior notice!
3.5. Payment

Paypal is an international service for providing online payment and money transfer services over the internet and making online purchasing easier and safer.

3.6. How to order

If the Seller is not able to deliver any of the products ordered or all the products ordered, they will contact the Buyer and inform him of the possible delivery term of the products that are not in the supplier’s warehouse. Upon receiving such notice from the Seller, the Buyer is obligated to notify the Seller whether he wants delivery of an incomplete order, whether he accepts a new order delivery deadline or waives the complete order, in writing to info(at)pirus.hr.
If the Buyer orders for products that are not in the Seller’s warehouse, he has paid to the seller’s account with the PayPal, the Seller will immediately refund the amount of the Product that he can not deliver or the total amount paid if the Buyer gave up the complete order.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information stated in the order filling.
Goods are deemed to be ordered at the time the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.
At the same order, the buyer will be given the choice of delivery address if the same is different from the registered address.

Orders are packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during normal manipulation. The buyer is obliged to check for any damage to the shipment when picking up the purchased products and immediately claim them to the deliverer who has submitted it, ie refuses to take over the shipment where there are visible external damages. In this case, it is necessary to inform the Internet shop www.croatianshop24.com.
If the buyer has not received the goods or delivery notice after being sent in the expected time, the buyer must notify the seller at the following address: info(at)pirus.hr, in order to take the missing item actions with the courier and/or to send the replacement.
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods he has ordered, the seller has the right to demand from the buyer the reimbursement of all costs related to the delivery. For costs incurred by refusal or untimely delivery of the shipment, the customer may be charged for the repatriation of the shipment or other legal means.
Upon receipt of the payment confirmation, the Seller is obliged to deliver the consignment to the Delivery Service within three (3) to five (5) working days and no later than within the legally prescribed deadline of 30 days.
If the product is no longer available for delivery of the selected product because the product is no longer available or is sold out, the Seller is obligated to notify the Buyer in writing and the Buyer has the right to waive the order / agreement or agree to a later delivery deadline.
We will try to deliver all ordered items in one package. If this is not possible due to inventory, we reserve the right to deliver to more than one item.
CroatianShop24 sends out shipments by selected provider of postal and other services. Handling and delivery of consignments is carried out under the General Business Conditions of each provider of postal and other services specifically and CroatianShop24 can not guarantee or influence the same. After the deliverer (delivery company) signs the shipment from the Seller, the same is no longer responsible for further delivery and any delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
CroatianShop24 self-selects providers of postal and other services if the customer does not explicitly request written and does not guarantee the payment of costs for a specific provider of postal and other services.
3.8. Returns
Return of goods
If the contents of the shipment do not match the order, unless you are informed that due to a shortage of goods on the warehouse or the cancellation of the transaction can not be delivered to the other order products, the Buyer may return the shipment and the Seller will send the correct product to the Customer at his own expense.
The buyer may cancel the order without stating the reason within fourteen (14) days. The order termination period begins to run from the day the Customer received the product. The buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation of the order in writing by e-mail: info(at)pirus.hr. The order is deemed canceled when the Seller receives an electronic written notice. In case of cancellation of the order, the Buyer is obligated to return the purchased products to the Seller at his own expense.
In the event that during the take over of the shipment, you determine that the packet is damaged, you have the right to request a record of damage from the deliverer (postal service) or refuse to take over the shipment.
The Products that the Buyer returns to the Seller must be unused, in the original packaging, with all the relevant parts, undamaged and completely correct.
The seller is not obligated to receive a shipment with a purchase or a shipment that does not meet his general business conditions.
The Seller commits to the Buyer a total refund of the value of the value of the Product within 30 days of the receipt of the written notice of termination of the contract and receipt and verification of the status of the returned product.
