If the buyer refuses to accept the goods he has ordered, the seller has the right to request from the buyer the reimbursement of all costs related to the delivery. For costs incurred by refusal or untimely delivery of the shipment, the buyer may be charged for re-sending or other legal remedies.
After receipt of the payment receipt, the Seller is obliged to deliver the package to the delivery service within three (3) to five (5) working days and no later than 30 days in the legally prescribed time.
