When required by the realization of the contract for the purchase of products or services ordered by the Buyer, Pirus d.o.o. will share the Buyer’s personal data with providers of goods distribution services for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending ground mail and e-mail. The distribution service provider may request the Buyer to present their ID card at the time of delivery of the package when personally collecting the goods, all for the purpose of implementing the package delivery service and keeping records of who collected the package. If the Buyer refuses to provide this information, the package will not be delivered to them.
Deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten)
The Buyer and User have the right to request the deletion of personal data at any time (right to be forgotten). The Buyer can do this by sending a request to the email address of the Personal Data Protection Officer info(at)pirus.hr and the data will be deleted without delay. The User has the option of submitting a request for deletion in every notification received from Pirus d.o.o. via email, or by sending an email message to the email address of the Personal Data Protection Officer info@pirus.hr stating that their personal data is being deleted.
